Bot is unaware of connection issue when no song is playing

Currently connection handler is aware of issues while a song is playing. If an error happens that does not trigger WebSocket error while there is no DJ, the bot will continue on as it is still waiting for a DJ to start.

Most of the causes of this are caused when the computer goes into sleep mode. The heartbeat timing catches most of these now.
