Radial.setStartAngle() and SetAngleRange() don't act the way they do in other gauges

Using these function, I had expected the same behavior as in Gauge and RadialSteelGauge classes.

Instead they seem to move the pegs or something that I can't quite figure out.

Like the new gauges!
