Setting Gauge minValue to a negative number

If you say want to instrument voltage levels, a negative number is a valid reading. However the gauges don't like negative numbers.

I just noticed, that this issue appeared again.

I Checke the Line 417 in Radialskin.java, and getSkinnable().getMinValue() is missing.

Can you add the request again?
