(Simple)Gauge: Make Font configurable

As the title says: It would be nice to configure the (Simple)Gauge Fonts. Additionally it would be nice to hide the counter showing the current value.

    Implemented methods to change visibility of value and title. Also added a method to enableCustomFont and to setCustomFont. (one has to make sure that the font is available on the system).
