500 Error Downloading Results CSV File

Alok Parlikar repo owner created an issue

The results CSV file defaults to encoding in ASCII. If the results data has unicode in it, the file can not be downloaded and it fails with HTTP/500.

The CSV file should default to UTF-8 encoding.
