[Feature] There should be a link to submit a bug report/feature request at the bottom of Jira Time Logger pages

It would just be a nice and easy way to get more bugs out of users that may have noticed them, but might not have wanted to put in the effort to go through their email to find the link to submit it as a bug.

Should just be a little button that links to this
