logging time before task creation

If time is logged to a task with the start time before the task creation, it apparently is not displayed correctly on some reports like hourly burndowns. Investigate; if it is an issue, consider displaying the time in blue (or some other neutral color) on the time report to draw attention to this as a time that might not show in other places.
