Fix PSMoveFreepieBridge for versions of PSMoveService past alpha 4.6

As of PSMoveService commit b11f6ee tracking no longer functions as reported in PSMoveService issue 168. This is caused by client API changes in PSMoveService to accomodate DualShock controllers.

Fixed in commit 23b6a60. Since no current release of PSMoveService requires this change and older versions break with it, this issue will remain open and the next release of PSMoveFreepieBridge will not occur until the next release of PSMoveService.
