Description

Revert changes introduced by NRRPLT-7855.

With the update to gazebo 11.3, the delete-model ROS service works again.

With its reintroduction among the service exposed by gazebo, the reported experiment can work again as expected.

HOW TO TEST:

  • Start “Tutorial baseball experiment - Solution“

  • The experiment runs without errors
