I am having the same problem, tried all version of control app and <3 gives the above sshot error. and on latest i get the error as seen below. Neato restarts and apps crash. Running Windows 10 x64 - tried to use Xp under VMWARE with no success.

in Windows 10 (both home and pro) i tried to run NeatoControl with compatibility mode and the result is the same as above.

Is there a trick, or it needs to be re-compiled with modern binaries?

exact same issue. The screen shot above is what i am experiencing except on XV-12. Do I need to run this on a legacy machine?
