Neato Updater Tool not available anymore

It seems like the Neato Updater Tool isn’t publicly available anymore under this link: http://www.neatorobotics.com/support/software-update/step-one/. Does anyone know of another source for it ? Without it, it seems impossible to get NeatoControl to work.
