workers focus on one field, tree, house

even when multiple building, fields, etc are available, workers always focus on the nearest. that's totally okay, when you have just three, but gets weird, when you have bigger crowds.

the take the nearest field/building depending on where you place the worker. maybe the field they take should be highlighted before you place them?
