If you wish to do something as complex as equation solving, wolframalpha or symbolab would be better suited for the task. Equation solving would require either working with an external API (like wolframalpha’s) or spending thousands of hours and making the app a lot more complex for questionable benefits.
I, however, have not commited to speedcrunch and this is all just my personal opinion.
