Latest version build?

Can you add built executables for the latest release on master? I, unfortunately, can't build on my work machine, and I assume I'm not alone.

I know it’s bad to ask about this kind of thing but given how long it has been since last official build is there any new build planned ? Or would be it possible to set up things to make automatic nightly builds available ?
