New keyboard shortcut to insert braces

Some alternative programs have this implemented. If you press Ctrl+0 (0 is where right brace is located), they either put the whole expression in braces, or if there is a selected part of expression, they put braces around that part.

Would be nice to have this in SpeedCrunch, too, if you find it worth-wile.
