Partial Results Tooltip stuck stating "compile error"

I commented on someone else’s old ticket so I am opening my own.

When typing a user function with multiple arguments, the tooltip only shows the required arguments before beginning to type. After typing the semi-colon, the tooltip no longer shows the required arugments and is stuck saying “compile error” instead.
I need to use the User Functions window to reference large functions which becomes extremely cumbersome when the function is especially long. My monitor width is not wide enough to show the entire function which makes me need to use the scrollbar.
As a side note, It would be nice if ? comments could be in a column on the Variables and User Functions windows. Or as a tooltip when hovering the mouse over it.
