Translation parameter changing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting SpeedCrunch from Windows Start Menu
2. Starting SpeedCrunch from application file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I got an english version from the Start menu and french version from all
others manually added shortcuts or directly from SpeedCrunch application file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8
