There's a distinct lack of this kind of tooling that is properly accessible for screen reader users and this one actually gets relatively close. I can give more details if this is something you'd like to be on your radar; essentially a lot of the UI renders properly and can be accessed, but some things don't work quite right, e.g. picking something from an autocomplete list doesn't appear to work properly, a screen reader can't easily see what they're typing and the "current result" window should probably automatically poke the screen reader when it's updated. Unfortunately I'm not all that well-versed in QT, but there are docs on this that should help you implement this kind of behavior should you have the bandwidth to do so, you'd help a huge community out tremendously if so.
