Allow speedcrunch to answer to ms-calculator links

I'm trying to use speedcrunch to replace my windows calculator, and my keyboard comes with a calculator button (many Ducky brand keyboards do). Problem is, even with windows calculator uninstalled, I'm prompted with a popup asking for a ms-calculator app. Some windows store apps do show up, so it appears to be possible.
