Add a desktop file for menu integration

Attached is a simple desktop file to be installed under
/usr/share/applications then SpeedCrunch will be visible under Utilities menu.

    BTW, I've added the desktop file to trunk now. The icon file must be part of the installation. I'll do it later, since we're waiting for a new icon. ```

    A freedesktop default file and the application icon are now installed to PREFIX/share/applications/ and PREFIX/share/pixmaps respectively. ```
