Add a desktop file for menu integration

Attached is a simple desktop file to be installed under
/usr/share/applications then SpeedCrunch will be visible under Utilities menu.

BTW, I noticed that you added a turkish translation in the file. Would you be willing to become the SpeedCrunch turkish translator by any chance? :) ```

BTW, I've added the desktop file to trunk now. The icon file must be part of the installation. I'll do it later, since we're waiting for a new icon. ```

A freedesktop default file and the application icon are now installed to PREFIX/share/applications/ and PREFIX/share/pixmaps respectively. ```
