Normal decimals are no longer available.

I rarely work with scientific notation because my numbers usually don't surpass anything higher than e8. And for the rare occasion when they do I still prefer to see normal decimal.

It worked for me like this many years, but now it doesn't anymore. I can't seem to figure out how to put it back to normal decimal notation.

You use the General notation in you screenshot, so it is expected to see the engineering notation when the numbers are too "big". Use the Fixed Decimal notation if you don't want that.
