    ``` This is really a distro issue. ```
    ``` So no solution or suggestions..?

    If SCrunch is not compatible with FC7, perhaps note this issue on the download page...

    ``` SpeedCrunch is compatible with any distro that ships Qt version 4.2 or above, which I believe is the case of FC7. If the package provided by the distro does not work to you, the right place to report the fault is on the Fedora issue tracker, since SpeedCrunch runs nicely on many other systems like yours when properly built and installed. Did you install the distro official package? Maybe it helps if you open a terminal, write "speedcrunch" and tell what happens (or "crunch" if nothing happens). ```
    ``` Thanks for the tip. Had I known SC required a specific revision of QT I would've updated it. I'm not sure how you can assume everyone has the latest rev of QT[?].

    Perhaps add to the dependency check [during installation] a requirement to update QT.

    I updated QT & QT4 and SC works fine now...

    ``` I'm glad it works now. But like I said, if there were no complaints about the "not sufficient" version of Qt during installation, then you should report it to Fedora so it can be improved next time. Minimum version is 4.2. ```
