system default, dot, comma, both

Enhancement:
SpeedCrunch could have 'both' radix character selector where it would
respond to comma and dot equally - as a fraction seperator.
I frequently operate on numbers with '.' (english/internation) and ','
(Slovene), and I hate having to switch it constantly or even searching
throung a long string and replacing the characters manually. So if
SpeedCrunch allowed both to be treated the same, I would have no such
worries anymore.
I really see no reason, why it shouldn't, since we're not used to hand
delimiting 1000's with the other character, neither is such expression
accepted by speedcrunch. The functions AFAIK take ';' as a separator, so we
have no problem there...
Then it is 'both'. No? :)

Account Deleted ``` We want to use thousands separator for 0.11. It has been discussed on issue 58. So we are in the situation where we can't assign different tasks for the same symbol. Unless we use the ´ or ` character like Wolf suggested, which is a good idea to me, but people would never do it without reading a manual. ```

They certainly will, as an aid to enter long digit sequences without missing one, or simply when copy&pasting values with separators from other sources. ```
