Language choosing through a combo box instead of a menu

The menu is already very big. If supported languages continue to increase,
soon the menu will be huge. A better solution (even in programatical terms)
is to show a dialog with a combo box with all the choices. The current
setting should be automatically selected when the dialog is shown.
