Enhancement request: export / log history

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 214 ``` It could be a very useful feature to save, in some manner, the 'history view' content (both expressions and values).

- I'd like to select and copy/paste history rows - Log history view in a text file - Or at least, Copy / Paste all history view

``` In #267, I suggested this - either mouse-drag style, or perhaps hot-keys/menu items for :

History to ClipBoard [copies Expression stack to ClipBoard] Output to ClipBoard [copies Output area to ClipBoard] Results to ClipBoard [copies answers only to ClipBoard]

and users could crop that later. Results would be only the answers, not the expressions that caused them. Sometimes you want a column of numbers, for a table.

I also thought of the mirror action Append History with Clipboard [paste Clipboard into stack]

but that may be trickier, as usually eqns are syntax checked before they make it into the stack/hisory.
