Invalid float values, because contain ".", not ","
Issue #218
invalid
Originally reported on Google Code with ID 218 ``` Hi, I using KDE with russian and english keyboard layouts. And, when I pressing key "." on keypad of my keyboard, it's entering "." - when english keyboard layout is selected "," - when russian is selected
But, calculator accepts only "," in a float numbers (i.e. 5,324) So, I can't use it when english layout is active

``` Hi Andrei. The program chooses the character that is used by the system language by
default. You can choose it manually in the Settings menu (Hactponka), then Radix Character (the Russian translation is very incomplete, so if you know someone that
can help... ;) The next version of SpeedCrunch will probably accept both characters
at the same time. ```
