Enhancement

Be nice to have an input dialog for quickly adding to math book... and 
custom functions and constants

Love this calculator. Thanks

may be better for backup / migration. ```

Rejecting as formula book pages are now embedded into the application binary, making
the requested feature even more difficult. However, a means for third-party formula
book contributions should be thought through.
