CODATA constants

Hi,

Some weeks ago I compared the constants with my own collection
and some other sources. I found much values on some pages but
different at least in the last digits. Differences bigger than
the given uncertainty. Differences between the same value on
english and german wikipedia and so on.

Thus I downloaded the complete list of CODATA from
http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Constants/index.html
and copied it in your source.

The file attachment is a new constants.cpp containing all CODATA
values. I've compile the program with the new source and verified
the values, exponents and units between the single value pages
nist and the categories in speedcrunch. Units are the same as in
the list (m s^-2), not as in your constants.cpp.

For other reasons I've add some values of astronomy and sun system.
These values are from
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:WikiPress_6_Sonnensystem.pdf,
a german wikipress book (copied from pdf file). Values in the form
of 23 h 56 m 4 s or 23° 26' 22" I've convert to decimal with an
self-written simple program.
On some values the source is written in the comment.

If you find it useful I could add some conversions yet from
http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/pdf/sp811.pdf

Sincerily, Thomas

Hi, Thomas. It's been a long while and for some reason this patch of yours got forgotten
in time. My apologies. If you're still out there, is there a change of applying your
change on top of the current code?
