Compile 'testevaluator' and add more testcases

My attempts to activate the 'testevaluator' program in the CMake 
machinery fail (tons of unresolved externals, mostly from Qt4 stuff).

Could someone knowledgeable please add 'testevaluator' to the set of 
compiled programs.
