On Windows SpeedCrunch version 0.10.1 does not re-open at the last window position

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch SpeedCrunch
2. Move window to new position
3. Close SpeedCrunch
4. Launch SpeedCrunch again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect when I Launch SpeedCrunch again that it should open at the last
position I had moved the window. Instead, it opens somewhere else.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver. 0.10.1 on Windows Vista SP1

``` Maybe this is already fixed because of this bug, but when the application is maximized and closed, the window size is preserved, but is restored and moved to the default location in 0.10.1. Which makes part of the app off-screen. ```
