Cannot Prevent Multiple Instances

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 303 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? Opening Speedcrunch from a shortcut multiple times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Multiple application instances open. There is no setting to change application behavior to allow a single instance only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? v0.10.1 on Vista x64
