Always On Top for sub windows

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 306 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Set behaviour to "Always On Top". 2. Open any new sub window, eg. "Insert Function.."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The new windows wil not have the always on top flag set, so it will be disappearing under the SpeedCrunch main window. Any sub window's always on top flag should be synced to the main window properties.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? SpeedCrunch 0.10.1, WindowsXP Pro SP3 ```
