Right dock size not remembered

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 307 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. activate any dock window (e.g. Ctrl+1) 2. change the size of the dock 3. restart SpeeedCrunch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The changed size of the dock is reset to the default value.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? SpeedCrunch 0.10.1, WindowsXP Pro SP3 ```
