Crashes upon selecting any modules to view

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 314 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. View -> Mathbook or any other module like History.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Obviously not the program crashing, but I'm not sure because that's all that happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.10.1, Windows Vista Home Premium x64 SP2
