'Insert function/variable' window opens BEHIND main window when set to always on top

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 332 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Set 'Settings'->'Behavior'->'Always On Top' to on 2. Goto 'Edit'->'Insert function' or 3. Goto 'Edit'->'Insert variable'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? When the insert function/variable window is opened and the main window is set to 'Always on top' it opens BEHIND the main window and focus can't be returned to the main window to move it out of the way. The insert function/variable windows should open in front of the main window regardless of the top most setting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Speedcrunch 0.10.1 on Windows 7 home Premium

Please provide any additional information below. This behaviour is also seen with the about window, but NOT the about QT window
