Alternate views immediately crashes on Windows machine

1. Either under the View Menu, or with CTRL-1, CTRL-2, etc., select Math Book, Constrants, Functions, Variables or History.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Speedcrunch immediately crashes (Microsoft Windows dialog reporting that speedcrunch.exe has stopped working.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Installed SpeedCrunch 0.10.1 for first time on Windows Vista machine

Please provide any additional information below.

Basic operations are working fine. This reproduces every time on my machine. ```
