Engineering notation [ENG]

Most calculators provide an [ENG] key, making it easy to apply SI
multipliers: 3.45e4 gram = 34.5 kilogram. Adjustments should be provided
for multiples of 3, and subtracting 3 to the exponent from then on.
Additionally, a key acting as the reverse of the [ENG] key is also common
to be provided, presenting the result in a scientific notation with an
exponent equal to the one before plus 3.

Examples:

12345 [ENG]  12.345e3 [ENG] 12345(e0) [ENG] 12345e-3

12345 [ENG-1] 0,012345e6 [ENG-1] 0.000012345e9

NOTE: the buttons should only be available in scientific mode (f.k.a.
exponential mode erroneously in the application).

    ``` Fixed in trunk, will be available in 0.8.
    An Engineering Notation was added to the application, similar to the Scientific Notation but working only with multiples of 3. An eng(x) function and button will be available later. ```
