Originally reported on Google Code with ID 357 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open app on either installed version or <a href="http://portableapps.com">Portable Apps</a> version. 2. Attempt to choose any option indicated by the attached image. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I've never seen it, because it has always crashed for me, but presumably I should see either documentation or a list of results depending on which option is activated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Product: 1) SpeedCrunch-0.10.1 (EXE installer) 2) SpeedCrunchPortable_0.10.1.1.paf OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600] 7 Home premium x64

Please provide any additional information below. This appears to be related to <a href="http://code.google.com/p/speedcrunch/issues/detail?id=196&can=1&start=100">issue 196</a>, but that issue is marked fixed, so I'm opening this as a new issue.

If you would like any additional testing from my environment, please let me know I'd be glad to help out. This is my first attempt at using Speed Crunch, so I hope to get it resolved and become more familiar with the benefits of the application. ```

``` The issue is known for a while and we now know how to fix it. Can't remember if it was already fixed in 0.11-alpha, please give it a try. If not, it should definitely be fixed in final 0.11. ```

``` Thank-you. I did just use the version recommended and it is working for me. I look forward to getting to know the program now that I can run it w/o crashing.

I hate to be asking for anything when I'm not even a dedicated user yet, but have you considered making an updated version of the PAF so we can install and have it work for portable as well? My original intention was to carry it around with me on my portableapps.com USB drive, but the PAF version available for download has the issue. ```

``` Please note that we have nothing to do with PortableApps and the PAF files you were using. You should try the 0.11-alpha ZIP file in the download section. It's the (official) portable version of the calculator for Windows. ```
