decimal (. or ,) from num pad

Issue #370 wontfix
Former user created an issue

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 370 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. use a German keyboard layout (DE keyboard setup) with an English (UK environment in WIN XP & 7 x64. 2. the decimal point on the numpad is always recognised as , (comma) rather than as a . (dot). However, all other programs (Excel, OO Calc) seem to have no issue with it. 3. any changes in the setup do not work other than changing decimal point to comma. However this hinders me from copying data forward and backward to other programs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? SpeedCrunch 0.10.1 portable on a WIN7 x64, German keyboard layout, English (UK) default language, date, currency and number settings.

Please provide any additional information below.

    ``` Version 0.11 accepts both comma and dot, and the option to choose one has been removed. For that reason, there's no need to implement this request. You can try downloading version 0.11-alpha for now. ```
