possibility to choose input format

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 371 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. input "101" 2. press f7, or settings->result format->decimal->general

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I see 101, I would like to see 6, as it is the decimal representation for 101.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.10.1, Ubuntu 10.10. also tested it on windows xp.

Please provide any additional information below. A possibility to specify what type of format to input. Quite similar to result format, just the opposite way. ```
