negative power of is erroneous

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? expected output: -1 instead: 1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.10.1

Please provide any additional information below. python, google calc, matematica and many others give the correct -1 result but MS Excel, GNU bc and the bash shell also give 1 ```
