Entering decimal separator using numpad in russian layout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Error "Invalid expression" instead ans=2,4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.10.1, MS Windows XP x64

Please provide any additional information below. This problem urgent only when using numpad in russian layout. ```

I can't seem to reproduce this at all in a Windows XP x64 VM with a 0.10.1 binary (why yes, I do have an XP64 VM...). I vote to close this.
