Hang on first launch on Windows

Steps to reproduce:
Launch SpeedCrunch from the start menu.

Expected behavior:
Start menu should respond to click by disappearing and showing loading spinner on cursor.

Experienced behavior:
Start menu does not respond to click for several seconds. Clicking again while the
start menu is hung will result in multiple instances opening.

Product version:
0.10.1

Operating system:
Windows 7 64

Additional Information:
This only seems to happen on the first launch of the application. This does not happen
with other qt based apps (P4V).

I can't reproduce this anywhere. The shell freezing also suggests a configuration issue more than an application bug to me, so I suggest we close this.
