Steps to reproduce: Run the app in Win7, right click on the icon on the taskbar

Expected behavior:  The menu will appear

Experienced behavior:  Nothing happens

Product version: 0.10.1

Operating system: Win7

Yes, it looks like it even works in 0.10.1.  It must have been a bug related to .NET
or something in Windows 7 that was fixed by Microsoft.
