Allow to disable blocked display of digits

In some cases it makes numbers actually harder to read.

It does not work for scientific notation:
SC prints: 2.715 807 46e8
But
2.7158 0746 e8
or
2.7158 0746e8
would be equally bad.

It is distracting to me when the digits shift while i'm editing.
