Ctrl+C does not work while menu Edit/Copy does

Steps to reproduce: Select any text and press Ctrl+C

Expected behavior: Copies text to clipboard.

Experienced behavior: Does not copy text to clipboard.

Product version: 0.11

Operating system: Windows 7, 64bit

Additional Information:
Using the menu Edit/Copy works.
