Mouse wheel scroll: allow scrolling less than an entire screen at once

Issue #464 closed

When you use a mouse scrollwheel, Speedcrunch from current git only scrolls one entire
screen at a time. This is really annoying. Could there at least be an option to scroll
according to the system settings (which are normally something like 3 lines at a time)?

Hi, Alister. You can scroll with the mouse on the vertical bar and still get the system
behavior. Alternatively, you can Shift+PageUp/Down. If this is not good enough for
you, I will consider adding a settings option to fine tune the mouse scrolling behavior.

Please add native scrolling back as an option - this is really unwieldy. I use osx with
a track pad, and when I scroll up just a little bit with it, it goes pages and pages.
The scroll feature is pretty much unusable for me in its current state.

Please use the native scrollbar and everything too please.

Even as a Windows user, I hate the new scroll bar... it _seems_ to be (didn't test)
fixed in pixel size, as well as thin, so on a 4k monitor it's essentially non-existent
    which is stupid.
