Crashes when displaying item off 'view' menu

Steps to reproduce:
Open speedcrunch
Click 'view' menu
Click one of the 5 options ('Math Book', 'Constants', etc.)
 - or -
Press the corresponding key sequence (ctrl+1, ctrl+2)

Expected behavior:
View is displayed

Experienced behavior:
Program stops working (Windows 'program has stopped working' dialog)

Product version:
0.10, then updated to 0.10.1 had issue persisted

Operating system:
Windows 7

Additional Information:
I tried deleting the 'speedcrunch' registry folder, uninstalling, then reinstalling,
but that did not fix the problem
