Icon always stays at the last position on TaskBar

Reported by Ben: I installed the new v0.11 and pinned a shortcut to my TaskBar (in Win
7 64bit). Because I arranged all my TaskBar Icons in customized way I tried to drag
the SpeedCrunch icon from the last (of approx 40 Taskbar icons) to  a new place somewhere
at position 20 nearby other math tools. Much to my surprise the SpeedCrunch Icon doesn't
like that. It AUTOMATICALLY moves back to the last position on TaskBar.

Not happening on my end (Win7 as well). I don't have nearly as many things pinned though (only about five; I like to keep the space for the applications that are currently running). Forty pinned programs sounds huge.

Anyway, I don't think this is a SC issue.
