Steps to reproduce:
pv=50000
if=.0081648
pv*if/(1-(1+if)^-300)
= -39.0016754166     **** this is incorrect *******



Expected behavior: result should be 447.24

Experienced behavior: -39.0016754166

Product version: .11

Operating system: win 7 64bit
